Darling Downs

Raw Silk Jacket Inspiration

Darling Downs is a located on the western slopes of the Great Dividing Range in southern Queensland, Australia. As a farming region, the landscape is full of rolling hills and varying crops.

Granite is a light-coloured igneous rock with grains large enough to be visible with the unaided eye. It is composed mainly of quartz and feldspar with minor amounts of mica, amphiboles, and other minerals.

By calling upon both of these great Australian inspirations, Joe has crafted the 'Darling Downs Granite' Raw Silk Jacket. The natural tones are the perfect neutral complement to an outfit - easily paired for a formal occasion with a shirt and dress pants, or for a more relaxed look with a t-shirt and jeans. It is a well-crafted chameleon.
