What is the expected delivery time for my order?

The delivery time for your order may vary depending on your location and the product type. Here are some general estimates:

  • Sydney Metropolitan area: 3-5 business days
  • Regional NSW and other States and Territories in Australia: 5-10 business days
  • New Zealand: 5-10 business days
  • Rest of World: 5-10 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are subject to stock availability and delivery location and should be considered as guides. Rare circumstances beyond our shipping providers' control may cause unforeseen delays for which we sincerely apologize.

For rural locations, please allow an additional 3-4 business days to the usual delivery period.

Is there free shipping?

What happens if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit?
  • Goods that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit become your responsibility once they are received by the courier or shipping service.
  • If your goods are lost or stolen in transit, or if they do not arrive on time, please contact us at info@joebananas.com.au within seven working days of the package's expected time of arrival so that we can assist you in investigating the issue.
  • In the case of goods that are damaged upon arrival, please contact us at info@joebananas.com.au within seven days of receiving your order, or we may accept no liability for the goods.

How can I return or exchange a product?

What is the required product condition for returns?

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must not have been used, worn, washed, or damaged in any way.

How long do I have to return a product?

We recommend returning products as soon as practicable. Unless there has been a delay in delivery, our maximum "reasonable period" for returns is 30 days from the date you received the order. For more details, please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Can I return or exchange custom orders or specially tailored items?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, items with alterations, or specially tailored items unless they are faulty or defective. Please see our policy for more information on this.

What is your refund policy for change of mind?

Returns for online purchases for change of mind are eligible for exchange, credit or refund if returned within 30 days of receiving (including shipping time).

Returns for in-store purchases for change of mind are eligible for exchange or a credit note of equal value, but they are not eligible for a refund.

Who pays the shipping costs for returns?

When an order is returned for change of mind (for exchange, incorrect size, credit or refund), all return shipping costs are handled by the customer.

When an order is returned for any product fault, all return shipping costs are handled by Joe Bananas.
