The Huon Pine is more than just a tree—it’s a piece of living history. Found only in the wild, misty rainforests of Tasmania, some of these slow-growing giants have stood for over 2,000 years. Prized for its golden hue, fine grain, and remarkable longevity, Huon Pine has been used to craft everything from classic wooden boats to exquisite furniture. Now, that same legacy is woven into fabric.
The Huon Pine Raw Silk Jacket channels the beauty of this Australian treasure, blending warm golden-hued and white silk in an intricate stringybark weave. The result? A refined yet effortlessly individual statement piece—rich in character, steeped in craftsmanship, and made for those who appreciate timeless style.
Handwoven over 200-300 days, with only 8-10 jackets per weave, this piece is as rare and enduring as the tree that inspired it.
Handwoven raw silk – textured, breathable, and naturally luxurious. Golden & white silk blend – a warm, classic palette that stands the test of time. Stringybark weave – adding depth and richness to an already distinctive fabric.

Apart from the comfort and how well it fits. I have never had a shirt that I get so many compliments. And with saying that since the original purchase I have gone back and brought a jacket and two more shirts the jacket called his second to none and I have to admit you do feel special when you’re wearing your clothing and I’m definitely gonna be and I’m going customer. And we’re saying that the customer service is second on dealing with Robb the original purchase and mind for the jacket and the next purchases was fantastic. The fact that my third shirt was welcome past the shop was open but Wayne was in there finishing up and open the doors for me to purchase another shirt and a great chat and I was on my way again at that night and he would’ve thought I had a light on from female to male saying how well a shirt looked. Thanks again.
Seriously this is one of the nicest things I own. The fabric is so soft, the colour is vibrant and it just feels nice to wear. Id like it 2cm shorter and 0.5 cm narrower (as a small) but the fit is fine (im 169cm tall and 69kgs and wear size 32' pants). Id love it even more if it were a V neck! Then it would be 5.5*
I bought two pairs of these shorts and am keen to wear them on a beach day. They're also light and comfortable (no netting!) as everyday shorts for hot weather. I also find their fit, style, and quality of material to be a grade above typical board shorts.
I've worn this shirt around Sydney and on holiday overseas, and have already received many compliments! People love the pattern and style, but the shirt is also incredibly comfortable. The silk material is light and breathable in hot weather.
New experience wearing fully lined trousers. Really comfortable to wear. I was concerned they might be too hot but they seem just right for Spring/Autumn. The look of linen, the feel of silk pyjamas and they looked great after sitting for hours on an plane.
I needed some new shorts and just had to buy these as they are without doubt the best shorts I have ever tried - fit and quality. I bought several colours a couple of weeks ago in the Sydney shops. I'm now back in London and am looking at ordering more of the colours while they still have my size.
