For those who are new to Joe Bananas, we will custom make the jacket of your choice. Once you purchase we will be in touch with instructions on how to measure yourself so that we can tailor your piece with a personalised fit.
During the hot Australian summer, bushfires often devastate the landscape. Our native plants have evolved to thrive in the aftermath of such natural disasters, releasing seeds and sprouting fresh vegetation as part of their life cycle. What remains after this rejuvenation is enriching charcoal: a lightweight, black residue composed of carbon and residual ash, obtained by removing water and volatile constituents from animal and plant materials.
The 'Charcoal Paperbark' Raw Silk Jacket is a sophisticated reinterpretation of a formal jacket. The natural sheen of the charcoal silk enhances the luxurious texture of the paperbark weave. This fabric interacts beautifully with light, gaining an extra dimension with movement. It's the kind of jacket that would effortlessly complement Bond on an evening out.

You will receive a complimentary Fitting Consult (by Zoom) with one of our Lead Stylists with any purchase of a custom tailored Jacket. Our team will contact you as soon as possible to schedule this at a convenient time for you.
This will include full measuring, a styling consult and our undivided attention to ensure you get the Perfect Fit for you and your taste.
We will then craft a pattern with your name on it, cut your garment to size and make from scratch just for you. Our Tailored collection is true custom fitting for the Perfect Fit Guarantee.
Shipping & Returns
All Jackets are custom made in our Singapore Studio to give you the best personalised fit.
Currently our delivery times for our Jackets are 4-6 weeks.
