The year was 1989 cassette tapes were a plenty. One particular one labelled “Best hits of Summer ‘89” was a belter. It came to a dramatic end when the capstan on the tape player ate it and was the reason for many tears.
Question, on the off chance, have you ever spooled out the tape from a cassette and worn it on your head as hair. Silence. Yes, I thought not. I personally, highly recommend it. It will spark the inspiration for a shirt like this. Who is the Hungry Capstan? Clue, it would destroy a few of my favourite tapes, so I got my revenge. This shirt is as cool as the other side of the pillow. Do it.
